How we work with you
Solution Approval
Firstly let us know your needs and requirements, including size, piece weight, sap, package style, package amount, order quantity, then we will supply solutions. When we make agreement on price, delivery time, payment term and so on, we sign PI with each other and you pay 30% deposit to us.
Sampling & Production
We run samples to you before mass production, after you agree with sample quality we will do mass production. After production, we will take bulk pictures and videos to you, or you can let your inspectors to come for quality check. After quality confirm, you pay 70% balance of all goods.
Load & Ship
We confirm your destination port, consignee, notify party, then start to book vessel for you, let you know sea freight fee. After getting shipping notify, we pick up container, load goods into container, do export custom clearnce, make sure coontainer get on board. After shipping departure, we send you Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List. Then you just wait for container to be arrival to your destination port. Of course, we can also arrange container to be delivered to your warehouse. But fees will be higher.
After-Sale Service
After you receive container, you can check goods quality. We will supply 7×24 hours after-sale service. Your requirements will be replied within 24 hours, your issue will be provided solutions asap.

1.Can you do our brand on the package?
Yes. We can print your brand logo on the package. You just provide us your bag design with .ai or .psd format, then we will open printing plate mould here, then with the printing mould we can print color bags with your design.
4.Can you do private label for us?
Yes. We can provide our design, our specifications products, then package with your brand.
7.What structure is your pet pad?
Our pet pad is 6 layers structure. Top layer is nonwoven fabric, 2nd layer is tissue paper, 3rd layer is fluff pulp, 4th layer is super absorbent polymer, 5th layer is tissue paper, 6th layer is waterproof PE film.
10.What size of pet pad can you produce/manufacture?
The pet pad size can be customized. But most regular size can be 12.9” x17.7”/33x45cm, 15.7”x23.6”/40x60cm, 22”x22”/56x56cm, 23”x24”/58x61cm, 23.6” x23.6”/60x60cm, 23.6’’x31.5’’/60x80cm, 28”x34”/71x86cm, 23.6” x35.4”/ 60x90cm.
13.Will the different colors of pet pad back film affect different price?
Yes. Usually blue, white, green, pink is cheap. Black is special so price is higher. And if print colorful design, there will be higher moq and printing mould open fee charged.

2.Will the printed package with our brand add our purchase cost?
Yes. Printing mould open fee around 120usd/color/size will be charged. And minimum start printing quantity is 10000 bags. If your order cannot use all 10000 bags, the left color bags will be stock in our warehouse, and the left bags will be charged deposit. The deposit will be returned to you when left bags are used in future repeated orders.
5.What pet products can you supply?
We can produce/manufacture all disposable nonwoven pet products for you, including pet puppy training pad, pet diaper, pet wet wipe. We can also supply other pet products, including pet bed, pet cage, cat litter, cat scratching board, cat tower, and so on.
8.How many layers is your pet pad?
As answered in above question 7, we can say pet pad is 6 layers. Usually 3rd fluff pulp and 4th layer sap is mixed together, so we also say the pet pad is 5 layers.
11.What kind of package can you supply for pet pad?
Inner package can be economic transparent bag with printed color label, also can be premium printed color bag. But printed color bag need to charge print mould open fee and left bag deposit, while transparent bag no need to charge print mould open fee and no charge deposit for left bags. So transparent bag with printed label will save your purchase cost and time.
Outer package can be economic big master plastic bag, also can be premium carton box. Of course, big plastic bag is much cheaper than carton box.
3.Can you do OEM customized production for us?
Yes. We can do OEM production with your specification requirements, your design, your brand, and your package.
6.What kinds of pet pad can you produce/manufacture?
We can produce 5 kinds disposable pet pad: regular pet pad, anti-slippery sticker pet pad, printed pet pad, carbon charcoal pet pad, bamboo biodegradable pet pad.
9.What is your pet pad made of?
Our pet pad is disposable instead of washable or reusable, it is made of top layer nonwoven fabric, 2nd layer tissue paper, 3rd layer fluff pulp, 4th layer sap, 5th layer tissue paper, 6th layer waterproof PE film.
12.Can you provide different colors for pet pad back-sheet film?
Yes. The most common waterproof backsheet film is blue color and white color, we can also provide green, pink, black, and even printed colorful colors.
14.Can add scent or pet attractive factors on the pad?Will this add price?
Yes, we can can add lemon, flower, lavender scent on pet pad. Attractive factors also can be added. Price will be also added because more raw materials are used.
