Yes. We can print your brand logo on the package. You just provide us your bag design with .ai or .psd format, then we will open printing plate mould here, then with the printing mould we can print color bags with your design.

Yes. Printing mould open fee around 120usd/color/size will be charged. And minimum start printing quantity is 10000 bags. If your order cannot use all 10000 bags, the left color bags will be stock in our warehouse, and the left bags will be charged deposit. The deposit will be returned to you when left bags are used in future repeated orders.

Our pet pad is 6 layers structure. Top layer is nonwoven fabric, 2^nd layer is tissue paper, 3^rd layer is fluff pulp, 4^th layer is super absorbent polymer, 5^th layer is tissue paper, 6^th layer is waterproof PE film.

As answered in above question 7, we can say pet pad is 6 layers. Usually 3^rd fluff pulp and 4^th layer sap is mixed together, so we also say the pet pad is 5 layers.

Our pet pad is disposable instead of washable or reusable, it is made of top layer nonwoven fabric, 2^nd layer tissue paper, 3^rd layer fluff pulp, 4^th layer sap, 5^th layer tissue paper, 6^th layer waterproof PE film.

Inner package can be economic transparent bag with printed color label, also can be premium printed color bag. But printed color bag need to charge print mould open fee and left bag deposit, while transparent bag no need to charge print mould open fee and no charge deposit for left bags. So transparent bag with printed label will save your purchase cost and time.

Outer package can be economic big master plastic bag, also can be premium carton box. Of course, big plastic bag is much cheaper than carton box.

Yes. The most common waterproof backsheet film is blue color and white color, we can also provide green, pink, black, and even printed colorful colors.

Yes. Usually blue, white, green, pink is cheap. Black is special so price is higher. And if print colorful design, there will be higher moq and printing mould open fee charged.

Yes, we can can add lemon, flower, lavender scent on pet pad. Attractive factors also can be added. Price will be also added because more raw materials are used.

Yes, we can. The anti-slippery sticker is a release paper. After taking off the release paper the pet pad can be sticked on floor to prevent pet from making it folded or wrinkle or moving. Please check this production on this page:

It will not add too much. Around 0.004-0.005 usd, will change according to USD-CNY exchange rate and raw material sticker paper’s cost.

Yes. We have China sap, Japan Sunitomo sap, USA Santia sap, and so on. You can tell us the sap brand you like, we will purchase your pointed sap and use it during pet pad production. 

Yes, as we mentioned above, if print colorful design on waterproof backsheet film, there will be higher moq and printing mould open fee charged.

Usually 20-30 days. If need printed package or printed backsheet, lead time will be 30-40 days. Because to open printing mould and to print bags need to wait for printing schedule.

Usually TT, 30% prepayment, 70% balance before shipping. Other payment terms can be negotiated.

This depends on pet pad sizes, weight, and package amount. For example, 60x60cm 35g 3g sap 50pcs/bag pet pad, we can load 330000-350000 pcs/40hq. 60x90cm 60g 5g sap 20pcs/bag pet pad, we can load 160000-170000pcs/40hq. Because different customers require different pieces per bag, so we calculate loading quantity with pieces instead of bags. If you need exact load quantity, please contact us for more details talking.

Sure, we can send you our pet pad catalog. But we don’t have quote list. On one hand we mainly do customized production for customers, each customer has different size, weight, sap, and package requirements, each order each product is different price, so we just individually calculate price according to each customer’s specific requirements. On the other hand, the raw materials cost and USD-CNY exchange rate keeps changing frequently, so each order we will calculate price and quote separately.

Usually there are 3 parts of charges. One is pet pad products value with FOB, CNF, or CIF. 2^nd part is if you need printed materials then need to charge printing mould open fee. 3^rd part is if your printed materials cannot be used up in order, then left printed materials will be charged deposit, then deposit will be returned to you when left printed material are used in repeated orders. Because your printed materials are with your brand or your design, we cannot use it for other customer’s order. If your order has no printed materials, then there will be no print mould open fee and no deposit.

We have more than 30 production lines now. Each production machine can produce pet pad at least 200pcs/min.

We can adjust production according to order quantity more or less, so we can offer 30x40hq -90x40hq per month.

Our current shift model is flexible changed. If order is more then production is 3 workshift per day, if order is not much, production is 1 workshift per day.
